  • 500 gr. mushroom
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt

1- Wash the mushrooms, drain and chop them finely. Reserve them.

2- Chop the garlic cloves and onion. Bring them to the fire and with a drizzle of oil, sauté for a few minutes.

3- When they are sautéed, lower the heat and add the mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes to release the water.

4- When they have released the water, add a tablespoon of flour, half a cup of milk, salt and a little chopped parsley.

5- Beat the eggs and add them to the pan with the mushrooms. With the heat at medium temperature, stir well until the egg is well set.

6- When the egg has set, serve hot and enjoy this delicious mushroom scramble.
