1- In a bowl, mix the margarine and sugars until a whitish mass is obtained.
2- Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture and stir again until a creamy and homogeneous dough is achieved. Reserve.
3- Sift the wheat flour mixed with the baking soda over the previous mixture, always stirring. When everything is well mixed, add the raisins and oats. Stir everything very well.
4- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees while preparing the cookies.
5- On a sheet of baking paper, place small mounds of the dough with the help of a spoon. It is not necessary to shape cookies. With the heat of the oven, the mountains will be dismantled.
6- Roast the cookies for approximately 10 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.
